Subscription Policies

Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record. Annual plans are one-time payments covering 12 months and do not auto-renew. Monthly plans renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from "My Subscriptions" in your account menu. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual promotional plans are non-refundable after purchase.

Refunds

One-time purchases are refundable within 24 hours of purchase. To request a refund, contact support with your order ID and account email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Quotas

Paid plan quotas reset monthly on your billing date (the date of your initial purchase or latest renewal). Free plan quotas reset on the 1st of each month (08:00 UTC). Annual plans are paid once for the year, but included quotas still reset every month. Unused quotas do not roll over. Quota consumption depends on file duration and is deducted in 2-minute blocks; a file shorter than 2 minutes uses one block.

Price Changes

We may change plan pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days notice. Existing prepaid periods are never affected.
